Jose was very helpful and gave good metro tips. The hotel contacted me about items I left behind. They asked what to do with those items. The location is great for the airport bus.
Sound proofing needs improvement because noise came from above. This noise was not part of the hotel. I had to ask people in the next room to be quiet.

The location was excellent for accessing many attractions. The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. I found the room very clean and well kept. The daily cleaning service was excellent.
Sound insulation was poor. I heard noise from the hallway.

The hotel is near the Universitat metro station and airport bus stop. It is very convenient. I walked to Plaça de Catalunya and found it easy. There is also a Carrefour supermarket right below the hotel.

The staff was very helpful. tea and coffee were available at all times in the hallway. luggage lockers helped a lot, as i left my luggage after checking out and picked it up later. the location was super central. I walked everywhere.
The metro noise was noticeable at times. I could hear the train passing underneath, but it wasn't a huge problem
