I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were amazing with beautiful balconies overlooking Gran Via, but the high ceilings really made it feel spacious. The service was outstanding, especially with the tours and ticket assistance provided. The location couldn't have been better, so close to Placa Catalunya and right in the heart of Barcelona. The dining experience was superb, especially with the variety of hot food items available. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
